No. Prime Care Cleaning Co. brings all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete your service. If you have special products you prefer us to use, just let us know.

How long does a cleaning take?

The time depends on the size of your home and the type of service requested.

Basic Cleaning: Typically 2–3 hours

Deep Cleaning: Typically 4–6+ hours

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning: Varies based on home size and condition

We’ll always provide an estimate before your appointment.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many of our clients are not home during service. As long as we have safe access to your home, we can complete the cleaning and lock up when finished.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something was missed or doesn’t meet expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to address the issue.
